Being only just over an hour by plane from Bangkok, Krabi province in southern Thailand is one of the most striking coastal destinations in Thailand. Ao Nang allows you to explore the stunning seascape either from a boat or at a more leisurely pace in a kayak where you can see close up exactly what is on offer offshore, the seas are mostly calm in this area so kayaking is fairly easy.
